SVGSVGElement: createSVGMatrix() method

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.
The createSVGMatrix() method of the SVGSVGElement interface creates a DOMMatrix object outside of any document trees.

A DOMMatrix object, initialized to the identity matrix.
